General Classes

Reformer Pilates

Focusing on the principles of the Pilates method, Reformer will give you a low impact, full body workout focusing on deep core activation and the lengthening, toning and stabilisation of your body.  Safe and suitable for pre & post-natal with our women’s health specialist instructors’ experts in exercise modification and preparing your body for all stages of pregnancy, post and beyond.


These classes combine strength, endurance and stretch in a workout designed to challenge your body through dynamic yet controlled movements that take your Reformer to the next level. Strong core building elements are key to this class.

Reformer-FIT classes are for our members who are not pregnant or experiencing abdominal separation or pelvic instability postnatally. This class delivers maximum results in minimal time, perfect for all you mums who have limited opportunities to exercise.

Pilates Circuit

A fast-paced class utilising Reformer, Mat Pilates and Barre repertoire to give you a challenging interval style workout to strengthen, lengthen and tone as well as improve your cardio fitness. Suitable for all levels including pregnancy and post-natal with our expert instructors experienced in modifications for all lifestages

Barre Attack

Barre Attack is the complete Barre Fitness class that combines the best of Pilates, Fitness Training and Ballet. Using the Ballet Barre and Resistance Bands it integrates the fundamentals of Pilates with cardio intervals, core work, functional exercises and dance to create a total body workout. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and beyond.

Tone + Define

An all over body conditioning class that will help tone, define and shape your body. High reps and low weights (adjustable) and suitable for all levels of ability.


A combination of strength & conditioning and circuit work, this class will help to sculpt, shape and tone your upper, middle and lower body.

Repair and Rebuild

This class focuses on rebuilding you from ‘the inside out’. This class focuses on rebuilding general core strength and stability for mothers returning to exercise.


Develop strength, power and muscle mass using weights and the force of gravity. The class will focus on lower repetitions utilizing free weights to kettlebells.

The class is also ideal for expecting women wishing to avoid aches and pains as the bump grows, strengthening body for labour and prepare for all of the lifting and carrying you’ll be doping after your baby is born.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Movements are big involving every muscle working together, and intervals are short (less than a minute) so you can give max effort. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.


Our BUMP yoga classes are designed to help lengthen and relax you throughout anytime of your motherhood journey. We use a combination of Yin and Hatha style yoga throughout our practice.

Mums and Dads

As parents ourselves, we understand how important time spent with your partner is, particularly with little ones on the scene. Come and try out this circuit style workout and train with your partner while we look after your little ones.

Mums and Bubs

A great way to bond with your bub and tone up at the same time. Available to all fitness levels, this fun class uses a combination of functional movement, light resistance, barre style movements and mat pilates to build strength in the body.
