General Classes

Barre

A standing stability workout that is easy on the joints and allows you to work on your strength and flexibility while getting a little sweaty. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and beyond.

Tone + Define

An all over body conditioning class that will help tone, define and shape your body. High reps and low weights (adjustable) and suitable for all levels of ability.

Bike + Burn

A high intensity calorie burner. Using stationary bikes, women can adjust their workout to an intensity level that’s best for them. Suitable for everyone.

Sculpt

A combination of strength & conditioning and circuit work, this class will help to sculpt, shape and tone your upper, middle and lower body.

Tone + Define

An all over body conditioning class that will help tone, define and shape your body. High reps and low weights (adjustable) and suitable for all levels of ability.

Yoga

Our BUMP yoga class is designed to help lengthen and relax you throughout anytime of your motherhood journey. We use a combination of Yin and Hatha style yoga throughout this practice.

Restorative Yoga

A guided relaxation class aimed at reducing stress, anxiety and self-judgement. Based on the practical and simple practice of being present and self-aware. Ideal for women wanting to manage the stresses associated with day to day life.

Power Half Hour

A 30-minute, circuit-based, conditioning workout designed for women with a limited amount of time. The class targets weight loss, improved cardiovascular endurance, improvements in muscle strength and flexibility & coordination.

Body Blast

Burn calories and build muscle in all the right places with this high-intensity workout. A combination of a time-based workout and circuit training. This class is amazing for building fitness, toning and fat loss.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Movements are big involving every muscle working together, and intervals are short (less than a minute) so you can give max effort. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

TRX + Kettlebell

A break away from typical total body workout methods, this workout combines TRX suspension (a tool that leverages gravity and the users body weight to complete dynamic exercise) + kettlebell training to target almost every aspect of fitness.

Exercise intensity is easily altered, making it ideal for any fitness level.

Reformer Pilates

A well rounded Reformer Pilates workout focused on strengthening the core and all major muscle groups. Designed to define, shape and tone your body. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Strength

Develop strength, power and muscle mass using weights and the force of gravity. The class will focus on lower repetitions utilizing free weights to kettlebells.

The class is also ideal for expecting women wishing to avoid aches and pains as the bump grows, strengthening body for labour and prepare for all of the lifting and carrying you’ll be doping after your baby is born.

Repair and Rebuild

This class focuses on rebuilding you from ‘the inside out’. This class focuses on rebuilding general core strength and stability for mothers returning to exercise.

Dance Cardio

This high energy dance cardio class will have your heart pumping from the start. Just great music, basic moves and heaps of fun.

Mums & Bubs

Yoga for Birthing

This 30-minute session is perfect for anyone from 30 weeks onwards in their pregnancy. The class includes breathing and visualisation techniques that will help you through out your birth.

Mums & Bubs Yoga

Bring your baby along with you! This Yoga class is designed to regain strength and tone after childbirth.

Mums and Bubs Circuit

A strength based circuit style class where you can bring your little ones in with you.
